By entering the Samsung Backstage Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Promoter

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 1000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PS (the “Promoter”).

Eligibility

2. Participation is by invitation only via presentation of a scratch card.
3. You must be registered on Samsung Backstage to be eligible to participate.
4. Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of its group companies or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prizes

6. The prizes are as follows:
   
   
   1. 1 x 4-day holiday package for 2 people to Vegas (including: return flights from UK regional airports to Las Vegas, USA; 4 nights' accommodation; US$1,000 spending money; meal vouchers; standard travel insurance and ESTA fees) (the "Vegas Holiday");
   2. 1 x 4-day holiday package for two people to go skiing and snowmobiling in Bulgaria (including: return flights from London, UK to Sofia, Bulgaria; 4 nights’ accommodation (half board); daily lunch allowance; ski hire, ski lift pass and daily 4 x hour ski tuition; half day snowmobile hire with instruction and equipment; standard winter activity insurance) (the “Ski and Snowmobiling Holiday”);
   3. 25 x Take That signed merchandise gift packs;
   4. 15 x pairs of British super-bike tickets;
   5. 10 x pairs of Olympics tickets;
   6. 5 x 3D 40” LED Smart TVs (each worth £595.71);
   7. 750 x pairs of Odeon cinema tickets;
   8. 3,000 Café Nero vouchers (each voucher is valid for the purchase of 1 drink from the range available at Café Nero);
   9. 80,000 x sets of 500 Backstage points;
   10. 23,000 x sets of 1000 Backstage points; and
   11. 11,000 x sets of 5000 Backstage points,
   together the "Prizes".

7. The Prizes carry no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.  The Promoter may substitute prizes of equal or greater value for any prize.
8. Delivery of the Prizes shall be to UK addresses only.

Entry

9. To enter you must scratch off the scratch card entry panel to obtain the unique claim code on your scratch card (the “Unique Code”).
10. You must enter the Unique Code and submit all required information at www.samsungbackstage.co.uk (“Entry”).
11. You may only enter the Prize Draw once.  If multiple Entries are received from the same participant, all Entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the Prize Draw.  The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.
12. Entries that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid.  No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Entries.
13. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Entries which it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Prize Draw.
14. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

Prize Draw Period

15. All Entries must be received on or before midnight on 31 December 2011 (the “Closing Date”).  Entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.

 Allocation of Prizes

16. Each participant submitting a valid Entry will be eligible for 1 x Prize.
17. Prizes have been randomly allocated on the basis of the Unique Code.
18. As applicable, Prizes will be delivered/made available within 28 days of the end of the Closing Date.
19. Participants must retain their scratch cards until their Prize is delivered.
20. The winners of the Vegas Holiday and Ski and Snowmobiling Holiday must: hold a valid passport; as appropriate, provide all relevant information to the Promoter in connection with obtaining relevant visas; and make their own arrangements to get to/from the relevant UK airport from which they will depart.

Privacy and Data Protection

21. The Promoter may use any personal information submitted by participants for the purposes of running this Prize Draw.  Your details will not be used for any other purposes without your permission.  Personal data held by the Promoter will be dealt with strictly in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at:  www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html.

General

22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Prize Draw whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.
24. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Prize Draw.
25. By entering the Prize Draw, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).
26. This Prize Draw is governed by English law.
